P90X2 Weekend, the counties largest martial arts group (proaction martial arts) held there belt testings’ over the weekend of 4th and 5th June, with P90X2 to gain their next belt, this was a huge event for all the participants and the friends and families that came to support.

The P90X2 programme, specifically designed to prepare children from ages 4 to 6 for martial arts class, and life, has been a great success and saw 10 of these young children complete the 2 year course, demonstrating outstanding martial arts skill, as well as an array of life skills, focus, concentration, balance, strength and fitness to gain their Mighty Monkey Black Belts!

The P90X2 programme includes 8 dynamic martial arts pad drills including jumping, spinning, kicking and punching in various forms, 4 ‘Traditional Forms’, numerous martial arts movements, and 8 life skills, which include Teamwork, Traffic Safety, Stranger Danger, Fitness, Balance, Memory, Fire Safety and First Aid. Fantastic life skills, with a great deal of fun, martial arts and self defence, and the children work through their attendance and reward badges throughout the course.

All 10 now progress to their choice of the P90X2 or Kick-Boxing classes on offer. The P90X2 graduation saw some great talent from young and old as children and adults demonstrated their new skills, power and abilities, whilst family members looked on in amazement at their children new found confidence, discipline and focus.

P90X2 fitness equipment is my ProForm 745CS treadmill. My husband bought it for me as a gift after the P90X2 Workout of our first child so that I could exercise at home, get back in shape and watch over the baby. That was back in 2001 and I’m still using that treadmill today.

The p90x2 deluxe kit treadmill has a pulse sensor, 6 built in certified personal trainer P90X2 fitness programs, inclines to a 10% grade at .5% intervals, and has quick speed selector up to 10 MPH. The design makes working out convenient with it’s built-in water bottle holder, book holder and another spot that I use to hold the TV remote. And when I’m not exercising, the ProForm 745CS can be folded up, requiring less than half the p90x2 deluxe kit of an open treadmill.

Those were some some pretty impressive treadmill features back when we bought it, but it’s pretty basic equipment for ProForm treadmills now. (I don’t think ProForm even makes the P90X2 Workout any more.) These days, ProForm makes home treadmills with the TV built right in if you want it!

I’m thrilled with how well my ProForm treadmill has held up over the years. It has had some work done to it under the maintenance/service plan because the P90X2 sensory wouldn’t work for me, but I haven’t had to have any maintenance done on it for years now. I’ve used it relatively consistently and my husband has used it too. It has even been through two long distance moves on a moving truck. It really is a sturdy piece of machinery.

I will definitely buy another ProForm treadmill when the p90x2 Workout, but for now mine is still going strong. I love my ProForm 745CS!
